繰り返しになるが、
このレストランでは、基本的に￥4,300でプリフィクスの３プレート＆デザート付き
そして、フリーワイン（＝ワイン飲み放題）である。
料理に合ったおいしいワインをしっかりと飲みたい という時には、
何も追加する必要はない。

その際に登場するワインは、銘柄、国籍共に、多種多様。
「スタッフが飲んでみて、これなら自分でも飲みたいというものだけをお出ししています。」
と言うだけあって、ちゃんと料理に合うレベルが保たれている。

たとえば、こんなワインが登場。

また、店長からのスペシャルサービスとしてその時期限定の特別ワインもあり。
「こちらは１日３本迄＆お一人様一杯限りでお願いします。」
せっかくの特別ワインは、気持ちよくなり過ぎる前にオーダーすることをお薦めする。

ちなみに、「食事を楽しみながら飲んで頂きたいので。」
ということで、フリーワインの時間はスタートから2時間15分。
「最後にあと一杯 等は、遠慮なく言ってください。」
とのことなので、「今日は、とにかく飲むぞ。」という際には一応の時間チェックをお忘れなく。

そして、一杯に限りビール、スパークリングワインもOK。
「いきなりワインで乾杯はどうも・・・・」という方もご心配なく。
さらに、「フリーワインと言われても、ワインはあまり得意でない。」という方は
「カクテルやソフトドリンクも、ワインと同じシステム（＝2時間15分フリー）でどうぞ。」
なので、ワイン好き以外の人が混じった集まりでも大丈夫。

また、「ワインの持ち込みも、大丈夫です。」とのこと。

さて、「今日は、少し高いワインを。」という場合は、別のワインリスト（＊）も用意されている。
さすがにこの場合は￥4,300で というわけにはいかないが、
それでもトータルで考えれば、かなりリーズナブル。

ワイン大好きな方はもちろん、そうでない方にも非常にやさしいこのシステム、
是非、ご自身のスタイルで使いこなしてみてはいかがですか。

As explained, the 4,300 set course menu includes all you can drink wine,
in addition to 3 dishes of appetizers and main, followed up with a dessert.
You do not have to order anything additional.

Featured wines vary in nationality, region and types of grape.
The wines will be selected based on a very simple criterion:
They select what they would like to drink.
This means that they have to work very hard to source good wines at good price points.

On top of these wines, the manager reserves his own special selection.
He reserves only 3 bottles a day for a glass per customer.
You might want to ask for his special reserve before you forget!

The only constraint you have to be aware of is the time.
All you can drink wines are available for 2 hours 15 minutes.
This should be long enough to cover your entire dinner and a good conversation.

If you would like to start your dinner with sparkling wine or beer,
the restaurant is generous enough to offer a glass of beer or sparkling wine
before you move on to drinking wines.
If your friends prefer to drink cocktails or soft drinks,
they would be available for 2 hours and 15 minutes.

If you would like to bring your own bottle, please let the restaurant know in advance.

The restaurant has a wine list for customers who prefer to have other wines that may be a bit more expensive.
Of course, even with this extra cost, it would still be a reasonably priced dinner.

This is a very generous concept not only for wine drinkers but also for all of their friends.
